Colin authored the book Real Estate Agents Handbook … only for the Professional! A handbook to assist the professional estate agents systemise their business, for better control and service delivery. The book was inspired by his observations in his travels through America, Europe, United Arab Emirates and South Africa of the similarity of the way in which the estate agents deal with their clients and that despite regional differences.
